It’s a BIG week this week with a lot going on – starting with Cricket Week. today, the 1st XI will take part in the RBCS T20 competition; tomorrow they play Christ’s Hospital; Wednesday’s match is against the Berkshire Visually Impaired Stags; Thursday is Staff v Leavers and then, on Friday, the big one: the MCC. On top of that: the Year 10 geologists are off to Lulworth Cove today and Holocaust survivor Henry Bibring will speak to our Year 9s; tomorrow, the U12s/U13s have the District Athletics Finals, and you’re all invited to come along with a picnic to enjoy Swing into Summertime on Way Hall Field; Wednesday is Sports Day – bring suncreen! – and then the CCF Annual Dinner in the evening; on Thursday, the Year 8s/9s have the Europa Centre in Way Hall, and then our Year 7s/8s will have their Lower School Celebration; Friday is the end of term for our Year 7s/8s – and our rowers will take part in the Henley Royal Regatta Qualifiers; Saturday is Senior Prize Giving and the Malthus Service – and, finally, the Summer Ball that evening. …..and breathe!
