Non-teaching staff are automatically enrolled in the RBCS Group Personal Pension Scheme after three months of service.  Personal pension fund growth is achieved through contributions by the individual and the School and from the investment of the fund.

Staff may increase their pension fund and make further savings on both tax and national insurance by exchanging part of their salary from their gross pay.
