Inga joined Reading Blue Coat as Head of HR in November 2021 following a 12 year career in HR.  Her career began in graduate recruitment for a Management Consulting firm before she moved to Edinburgh where she completed her MSc in Human Resource Management while working in HR at Queen Margaret University College.  She developed her knowledge and skills at Vodafone, primarily supporting the Global Technology team over 6 years before working with smaller technology businesses prior to joining Blue Coat.

Outside of School Inga enjoys an active lifestyle including coaching girls football.  She enjoys visiting new places with her husband Ian and two teenage children – mostly in the UK in recent years, but previously across Europe and Australia and she looks forward to travelling further in the future.
