It was a genuine pleasure to welcome an enthusiastic and approachable Old Blue to speak at the first Futures lunch of 2023/24. ‘A’ was hugely welcoming and engaging with students, taking the time to introduce himself to each individual and discuss their aspirations to ensure he could share his expertise appropriately regarding his career in the Army, in Medicine and his leadership skills. ‘A’ was a very popular speaker over chicken katsu curry and sticky toffee pudding, and left a significant impression on our students.
