Congratulations to the first cohort of RBC coaches. Over the last two days, they have been working with the phenomenal McKenzie Cerri, founder of Graydin, on the ‘start with heart‘ coaching model. This form of coaching is a way of mindful communication that involves trust, micro-listening and the belief that we have the ability to address those tricky problems ourselves without being told what to do by others. A really powerful approach! Our aim is that all our staff will have the opportunity to receive this training, helping to build a supportive community for all our staff and students. Thank you to Dr Magill (Deputy Head (Staff)) for introducing this initiative and to Miss Thompson and Miss Truman for being our pioneer coaches.
