Overview

Karen is Fundraising, Marketing & Communications Director at the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust. Prior to that she spent more than ten years leading similar functions in independent schools. She was a Trustee of IDPE (Institute of Development Professionals in Education) and is Chair of the Board of Wildlife Fundraising Central Ltd. She gained her undergraduate degree at Harvard and her MPhil from Cambridge, representing both universities at lightweight rowing. Outside of work she sings with Reading Phoenix Choir and spends as much time outside as possible.
