What’s been happening in our community Daniels Cup Cricket Daniels Cup Rowing 2022 Leavers 2012 Leavers Reading Old Blues Association Annual Dinner 2018 Leavers Henley Royal Regatta Schools Day 2 3 7. In late March the annual ROBA Dinner was held in School House, a very special black-tie event which is open to all Old Blues. 8. The Summer term, as always has been incredibly busy, kicked off with a very enjoyable and well attended 5 Year Reunion for 2018 Leavers. 9. The Daniels Cup took place in June, with the Old Blues competing against the School for the cup. Rowing took place at the Boat House on Saturday morning followed the next day by the Daniels Cup Cricket and BBQ. The competition was fierce but the Old Blues came out on top this year. 10. June also saw the return of 2022 Leavers and 2012 Leavers to mark their 1 Year and 10 Year Reunions. 11. And finally before taking, a very brief, pause over the summer, the Headmaster and Foundation Office hosted a fantastic drinks reception and lunch at Henley Royal Regatta on Schools Day when RBCS 1st VIII, cheered on by a crowd of Old Blues and parents, went on to win against Emanuel School. Despite putting up a tremendous fight the following morning they just missed out on the win when competing against Radley College. We already have a packed programme of events scheduled for our Old Blue community this coming year, which we are very excited about.
