Well done to our U12 girls hockey team who had a fantastic day at St Mary’s School Ascot last week, competing in the U12 Girls Berkshire Schools Cup. The girls progressed through the early rounds to the Cup competition in the afternoon, winning all matches and earning a place in the semi-final. A difficult game against The Marist resulted in a narrow 0 -1 loss, followed by another nail biting match against Downe House. The girls showed great determination, winning the game with a final score of 1 – 0, earning 3rd place overall. All played brilliantly throughout the day, with player of the tournament going to Katie who scored many fantastic goals!
