The Year 9 pupils on the France-Switzerland trip enjoyed a cable car trip to the top of Mont Blanc on Saturday, where they were quite literally left breathless by the stunning views of the surrounding snow-covered mountains. After this, they went to the nearby charming town of Chamonix, where they completed a fact finding mission.
Sunday was the final day of the trip, and the boys had the opportunity to purchase their lunch in the market, having had a ‘refresher lesson’ in the morning with regards to how to ask for various food products, and quantities, in French.
The final activity was a fiercely contested game of bowling, with the highest scores in excess of 150 points.
