Old Blues’ Association
Welcome to ROBA!
The Reading Old Blues’ Association (ROBA) was formed in 1904 and helps Old Blues keep in touch with the School and with their fellow alumni. In addition to receiving the annual Old Blues News, alumni take part in a variety of social and sporting events, including the Annual Dinner, the Daniels Cup cricket match and Reunion Tea, and other Daniels Cup sporting events against the school. If you would like to register as an Old Blue in order to receive the Old Blues News and invitations to Old Blue events, please contact Blue Coat’s Community Relations Co-ordinator in the Foundation Office, Sarah Pyper, at email@example.com or (0118) 933 5889. Visiting the School
We are always delighted to see Old Blues back at Holme Park and you and your families are very welcome to come and visit any time. However, due to the current Covid restrictions, and the fact that you must be accompanied at all times during any visit for Health and Safety reasons, we ask that you book a time to visit the School in advance. This also ensures that someone is on hand to greet you, give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. The School has changed quite a bit over the years and we want to make sure you are properly looked after during your visit. Please contact the Foundation Office on firstname.lastname@example.org to book your visit and please note that if you arrive having not booked in advance, you may be turned away and asked to contact the Foundation Office.
