Kevin has a background in project management and he was a Partner in a large national property consultancy acting for clients and delivering their property needs. Kevin worked with a variety of clients including property developers, blue chip national and internationally recognised companies, a number of major UK retailers, and public sector organisations including health trusts and the parliamentary estate. He also has experience working in the independent school sector.

Kevin has experience of being a school governor and was a member of the governing body for a local secondary school for 10 years. Kevin was governor responsible for property and estates, and link governor with responsibility for SEN and music.

Kevin retired in 2021 and lives in West Berkshire and with his newfound freedom enjoys yoga, the gym, walking the family dog. Kevin also enjoys Beekeeping and is the treasurer for Reading and District Beekeepers Association
