Our Sixth Form Film Studies students are on their way to the British Film Institute today to learn about critical theory, and apply it to the films they have studied – ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’ (Guillermo Del Toro), ‘Bladerunner’ (Ridley Scott), ‘Vertigo’ (Alfred Hitchcock), ‘Shaun of the Dead’ (Edgar Wright), ‘Moon’ (Duncan Jones) and ‘Frances Ha’ (Noah Baumbach).
