Continuing the theme of Mental Health Awareness Week, today’s focus at RBC is kind thoughts. Kind attitudes, words, feelings, memories, all contribute to better, happier lives. One way to practise this is called metta meditation – a mindful practice developed in Buddhism. ‘Metta’ means ‘loving-kindness’. Try bringing people to mind kindly and positively; it could make you feel better and help you get along with others. If you want to have a go at metta meditation, you kind find out about it here: https://www.headspace.com/meditation/compassion #MentalHealthAwareness
