It was a night to remember at the Jazz Cabaret held at the Great House Coppa Club in Sonning last week. The evening kicked off with the incredible house band, led by Jack and Stan (Y13), setting the mood as the audience arrived. The Bash Cats, our junior jazz band, then took the stage with a fantastic set to officially open the night.
We were treated to stunning performances from Lucy, Isty, Millie, Anoop, and Esha, all beautifully accompanied by the house band, with Daniel (Y12) shining on piano and vocals. To top it all off, the Big Band brought the house down with a superb set, including September by Earth, Wind and Fire, featuring vocals from Lucy, Anoop, Isty, and Araba.
The musicianship was outstanding, and the energy was electric with the enjoyment of both of the performers and the audience! Well done to all 👏👏👏
