This weekend, Year 10 athlete Matt represented Berkshire at the English Schools Combined Events finals in Bedford. To reach these finals, he had to qualify through both county and regional rounds. Matthew competed in five athletics events, running, throwing and jumping, and his team finished in 4th position overall – in the country! This is an excellent achievement and he has trained very hard to reach this standard. A wonderful two weeks of high quality athletics for Matthew. Our congratulations!

Our rugby players had an excellent start to the season on Saturday, winning all of their matches against Shiplake College – except one, which they lost by a point. Well played, boys.
