In keeping with Blue Coat’s focus on the well-being of both our pupils and our staff, our new staff buddy system – put together by Head of Rugby Mr Seward – is already having an effect. Miss Plowman received this gift from her secret buddy this morning, and said: “It demonstrated the generosity of the Blue Coat staff and the great project Mr Seward has put together. This present has really cheered me up today”.
