Hope Nation – Key Workers Sing
Our lovely Mrs Crossland (Head of Year 7) was pleased to be invited to record vocals for inclusion in a charity song during lockdown. This song was written to raise money for NHS charities and was recorded by key workers from all over the UK. If you watch you’ll see her appear several times in the video and you might even be able to pick out her vocals in the choruses.

Hi, We’re a group of Key Workers from all over the UK, and we’ve come together to spread a MESSAGE OF HOPE for anyone who needs to hear it right now. This song means so much to us, and after a lot of hard work over the last couple of months, we’re delighted to finally be sharing it with you. Please help us get the word out there and SHARE SHARE SHARE as we thank our key workers and try to raise money for our amazing NHS staff! 💙
‘HOLD ON (FOR ANOTHER DAY)’ is a song of hope written for anyone having a tough time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether you’re stuck away from people you love, quarantined somewhere you don’t feel safe, or struggling financially or with your mental health. Your voice is heard. You’re not alone. Hold on. We’re going to make it through this.
