Two of our incredible Year 12 pupils, Sidni B and Josh H, have worked with over 200 musicians to produce this spectacular collaboration from all around the world.

Sidni said: ‘Over the lockdown period, Josh and I have been in touch with a brass band from New York (The Lucky Chops), who needed help setting up a discord server for all their fans to join. We set that up for them, and have gradually become more involved with them.
We proposed the idea to them to do a collaboration by providing a backing track and sheet music for fans to record their own versions of at home. I edited the video, and Josh did the audio. We organised the whole event (including a community song vote, an arrangement competition, submissions of the videos/audio and the final editing of the video) and are moving onto a second project for the same group. It was a great opportunity and since we had some spare time thought it would be cool to do.
